downloaded the CD Ripper trial version and it won't let me rip a CD. I do
now want to buy this product until I am confident that I can rip a CD and
convert the songs into MP3.
Answer, If you could not see the CD tracks
in your CD Ripper software's files list, then please do according to the
following steps, A) Please click here to download
Microsoft's ASPI.EXE driver. B) After downloading, please install it on
your computer and reboot your computer. C) Retry the software. If the
CD Ripper program still does not work, please download the ASPI.EXE driver
of ADAPTEC from
http://www.adaptec.com,
D) After downloading, please install it on
your computer and reboot your computer. E) Retry the software.

Do I have to pay for the software?
Answer, No, you needn't.
