Start Manage Folder Now. Click the button "Add to List" to select a folder to add to the list and hide it.

When you run Magic Folder Now for the first time, it prompts you to choose the master password. This password is used to protect Magic Folder Now from being used by the unauthorized users: only users who know the password can run Magic Folder Now and change the settings of your computer.
